2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, and Jewellery Care Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Natural flowers and handmade production may result in minor variations in appearance.
The materials, dimensions, plating, findings, and other specifications stated on each listing form part of the product description.
Gold-plated products are not solid gold unless expressly stated and verified in the specific listing.
4. Orders and Availability
An order is subject to payment confirmation, product availability, and acceptance.
We may contact you if a product is unavailable, a material listing error is discovered, or an order cannot be fulfilled. Where appropriate, we will offer a suitable resolution, including a refund for an unfulfilled order.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes will be disclosed or calculated as required by law.
We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If a correction affects an order already placed, we will contact you to resolve the issue appropriately rather than silently changing the agreed price.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Orders are subject to the Shipping Policy, courier conditions, and any mandatory consumer rights.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the published ISIRA Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy, subject to mandatory law.
Nothing in these terms removes any non-waivable consumer rights.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, ISIRA's original brand assets, logo, product photographs, written descriptions, graphics, and other original content are owned by ISIRA or used with permission.
You may not reproduce or commercially use these materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website for unlawful activities, fraudulent transactions, unauthorised access, or activities that interfere with the security or proper functioning of our services.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website may link to payment providers, delivery services, social media, and marketplaces. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ISIRA is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, unauthorised alteration, or failure to follow product care instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Force Majeure
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders despite events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.
If such an event materially affects an order, we will communicate with the customer and handle the order in accordance with applicable law.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law where relevant, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the rights of customers in their own jurisdictions.
Any dispute will be addressed through the appropriate legal process and competent forum. Nothing in this clause removes a consumer's right to seek relief from an authority or court where that right is available under applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published with a revised effective date. Changes will not remove rights that customers have already acquired under applicable law.
