1. Materials and Finishes

The materials and construction of each product will be specified in its individual listing.

18K gold-plated jewellery: This jewellery has a gold-plated surface over an underlying material. It is not solid gold unless a specific product is expressly described and verified as such.

Handmade real-flower jewellery: Natural flowers are incorporated into the design. The preservation method and any coating or encapsulation materials will be stated in the individual listing where applicable.

18K gold-plated findings: Relevant hooks, posts, clasps, connectors, or other findings feature an 18K gold-plated finish, as specified for the product.

The underlying metal, plating thickness, preservation method, and construction may differ between designs. Customers should review the specific listing for details.

2. Natural Variations

Real flowers naturally vary in colour, shape, size, and texture. Handmade pieces may therefore differ slightly from one another and from product photographs.

Minor variations consistent with the product description are part of the handmade character of the piece. This does not excuse material defects or a significant difference from the description.

3. Gold-Plating and Wear

Gold-plated jewellery is not solid gold. Plating may gradually wear, fade, or change appearance through normal use, friction, moisture, skin oils, cosmetics, or chemical exposure.

The rate of wear depends on the materials, construction, frequency of use, and care practices.

Unless expressly stated and substantiated for a particular product, ISIRA does not guarantee that jewellery is waterproof, tarnish-proof, or permanently colourfast.

4. Care Instructions

To help preserve your jewellery:

• Avoid water, swimming pools, showers, and prolonged moisture exposure.
• Apply perfume, lotions, cosmetics, and hair products before putting on jewellery.
• Remove jewellery before exercise, bathing, swimming, or sleeping.
• Store pieces separately in a clean, dry pouch or jewellery box.
• Keep real-flower jewellery away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth where appropriate.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, chemical dips, or polishing compounds on plated or flower jewellery.
• Do not soak, bend, or expose delicate flower pieces to solvents unless the product instructions specifically allow it.

5. Skin Sensitivity

Customers with known metal sensitivities should review the disclosed materials before purchasing.

Gold plating does not automatically mean that the underlying metal is hypoallergenic or nickel-free. We do not make these claims unless they are supported by verified product information.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

6. Product Photography

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of flowers.

Please review the photographs, measurements, materials, and care instructions before ordering.

7. Quality Concerns

If you believe your item is defective or materially different from its description, contact us with your order number and clear photographs.

Natural variation and normal wear are assessed separately from defects or incorrect fulfilment.
